This role is pivotal in scaling the reliability, performance, and architectural maturity of our backend systems. As a key contributor, you will lead the design and implementation of complex backend solutions, mentor junior engineers, and establish best practices that elevate our engineering standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including founders, product managers, infrastructure specialists, and client teams—to ensure our backend infrastructure can scale seamlessly with our product growth.
