The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive to customer needs, and experienced in industrial piping products.Required Essential Job Duties/Functions:Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding copper-nickel (CuNi) piping products, fittings, and flangesPrepare and submit job bids, source pricing, and process customer ordersAssist Product Managers with additional tasks and projects as assignedSupport inventory maintenance and purchasing activitiesRequired Essential Job Skills/Experience:3-5 years of experience in the metals or industrial supply industryWorking knowledge of piping products, pipe fittings, and flangesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven sales experience and customer service focusAbility to read and interpret industry and government specificationsStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screeningDesirable Job Skills/Experience:Experience with government or defense-related sales.Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid holidays and vacation/PTOLife insurance and short-term disability coverage401(k) retirement planJob Accommodations:Reasonable accommodations are available and considered on an individual basis.Physical Requirements:1.
