Senior Business AnalystAustin, TX, 12+ month contractMultiple openingsiSphere is looking for Senior Business Analysts who know how to walk into a project, get organized fast, and start turning scattered conversations into actual requirements people can build from.These roles will work closely with business and technical teams to document processes, gather requirements, map workflows, and help keep projects moving without creating unnecessary process theater along the way.Must have experience with:5+ years of experience as a senior-level Business AnalystGathering and documenting business and system requirementsWorking directly with stakeholders and technical teamsProcess analysis and workflow documentationStrong communication and organizational skillsPreferred experience includes:Agile project environmentsUser stories and use case documentationProcess mapping and workflow analysisExperience supporting enterprise-level projectsThe work will include requirements gathering, documenting current and future state processes, helping define use cases, and supporting project teams through analysis, clarification, and documentation efforts.The right person for this role is somebody who can bring structure without overcomplicating things. Someone who asks good questions, catches gaps early, and can translate business conversations into something useful for both leadership and technical teams.
