Known for their dedication to operational excellence and consistent client satisfaction, they are seeking a results-oriented and seasoned Territory Manager to oversee frontline operations across multiple locations in the Miami region.This role represents a strong opportunity for an ambitious professional with a background in cleaning or facilities management who is prepared to take full ownership of a defined territory and deliver tangible results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop staffing rotas, keep a close watch on labor hours, and steward day-to-day spending within the parameters of each site's budget.Take charge of cleaning operations on a daily basis across a group of accounts falling within a designated geographic patch.Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned clients turning concerns around quickly, hosting routine service reviews, and identifying ways to grow each partnership.Lead the full talent lifecycle for site supervisors and cleaning crews sourcing, hiring, onboarding, training, and developing while reinforcing a workplace built on accountability and strong performance.Walk the sites regularly to carry out inspections and quality checks, verifying that contracted standards and client expectations are being delivered without compromise.Capture and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership, covering metrics such as quality scoring, headcount, labor spend, and client satisfaction.Handle the sourcing of supplies and equipment for sites under your remit, keeping every location properly stocked and operationally ready.Step in on service escalations and operational hiccups, working through them swiftly and with professionalism.Keep every aspect of operations aligned with OSHA requirements, internal safety procedures, and the relevant local, state, and federal regulations.Lend support to growth initiatives, getting involved in welcoming new accounts and guiding operational transitions.
