As a TC Pro (Home Services Technician), safety is your top priority, both for yourself and the customers you serve. Qualifications What You'll Need to Succeed High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license Strong communication and listening skills Willingness to work in varied physical environments A reliable, professional, and safety-focused mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to obtain required state certifications (we'll train and pay for them!) What will my work environment be like? Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
