Job Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one academic coaching to middle and high school studentsSupport students in developing organizational, study, and learning strategiesTrack and review student grades on a weekly basisCollaborate with teachers and school administrators to support student successIdentify learning patterns and address academic challengesAssist students with assignments and secure tutors as neededUse incentives and goal-setting strategies to motivate student progressDocument and submit session notes after each meetingParticipate in student support meetings as neededSkills and Qualifications:Teaching experience strongly preferredBachelor's degree requiredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong oral and written communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and patientAbility to work confidentially and exercise discretionTeam player with excellent interpersonal skillsHave reliable transportationMust have bachelor's degree or higherIf you are excited about the opportunity to join our dynamic team, please submit your resume.
