Customer Service Representative - Medical Receptionist

We are looking to add a friendly, energetic, motivated person to our team of patient care representatives. An ideal candidate is someone who has a desire to provide superior customer service to our patients. Additional skills necessary are: excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively within a group, attention to detail, and possess the ability to learn new skills quickly. Healthcare experience is a must! Responsibilities will include delivering a positive first impression with patients, checking in and checking patients out, scheduling patients, data entry, insurance benefit verification, collecting payments, and miscellaneous other support tasks. Hours needed are 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Starting pay is dependent on experience. A background check is required before hire. We appreciate you taking the time to apply!
