Temporary Salesforce Administrator (Must be based in Florida)

CDR Maguire Inc., is seeking Salesforce Administrators. This position would mainly support CDR Health and Emergency Management Temporary projects. Remote opportunity. Must be based in Florida with preference in Tallahassee or Miami.Responsibilities including but not limited to:Upgrading and configuring salesforce systems for optimized integrationManaging salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. Building custom reports and dashboards. Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing. Evaluating and installing new salesforce releases as well as providing training and support. Prepare reports for sales and other departments. Must be able to work in the United States to apply.RequirementsMust be based in Florida with preference in Tallahassee or MiamiAssociates, Bachelor's/ Master's degree in computer science or related field2+ Years of experience as a salesforce administrator or a similar environment. Experience in performing salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration. Proficiency in creating salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access. Knowledge of importing sales data and generating salesforce reports. Ability to provide salesforce training and end-user support. Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Suite which includes Word, Excel, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially to a diverse range of audiences and settingsThe ability to make decisionsThe ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesAbility to deal with high pressureFlexible schedule to include late afternoon and evening hours and Overtime and weekends as needed to provide support for safety emergencies or incidents that occur after hours or on weekendsAbility to travel at least 40% throughout US. Via plane or carMust have a valid active and clear Driver's license.
