The Role We're looking for a motivated Document Processor Supervisor to lead a high-performing team at the heart of our operations. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management Supervise and support frontline employees for the Document Processing TeamConduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and one-on-onesMonitor attendance, scheduling, and workload distributionMotivate team members to achieve individual and team goalsAssist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employeesFoster a collaborative and customer-focused work environment Document Processing Operations Provide direction and guidance to team members when needed to ensure promptly and efficient handling of requests.Continuously evaluate workflows and procedures, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency. Performance Monitoring Track team KPIs and operational metricsReview processing queues, response times, and productivity reportsIdentify process improvement opportunitiesProvide actionable feedback and coaching based on performance data to front line employeesPrepare reports for management on team performance and trends Process & Compliance Ensure adherence to company policies, security standards, and SOPsMaintain accurate documentation and workflowsSupport implementation of new tools, systems, and proceduresPromote continuous improvement initiatives What You Bring Sharp attention to detail and strong written communicationHighly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects without missing a beatComfortable working independently and collaborativelyProficiency in basic computer tools (keyboard, 10-key, Adobe)Basic insurance knowledge is a plusA positive, professional attitude and a passion for consistency Requirements High school diploma or GED1-2 years of relevant work experience NetVendor's Benefits Package Medical, dental, and vision insuranceHSA, FSA, and DCFSALong- and short-term disability insuranceFree basic life insurancePaid time off policyPaid holidays: 7 per year + 1 floating holidayMaternity Leave401(k) with company matchEmployee Assistance Program NetVendor is an equal opportunity employer.
