Math Tutor

Center Operations We are looking for candidates that are available throughout Fall of 2023 and into Spring of 2024. Mathnasium is open 2pm-7pm, Monday -Thursday, and from 11am-3pm on Saturdays. Instructor must be available to work a minimum of 2 weekdays, preferably 3-4 weekdays, Monday-Thursday. Math Instructor / Tutor: A math-only learning center in Diamond Bar has an opening for a math instructor to work with students in K-12th grade. Curriculum and materials are pre-determined for each student, and instructor will apply the teaching methods presented during training. Instructor will also help students with their homework and test preparation. Required Qualifications: Exceptional math skills through Algebra I Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills Ability to professionally interact with students and parents Energetic and confident personality Should have basic knowledge of high level math, including Geometry and Algebra 2. Higher level courses such as Trig, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus is helpful. The more you know, the better.
