Keep reading.Providing technical support, training and assistance to keep the CNC equipment, including lathes, mills, laser, saws and routers runningSupport reviewing new engineering releases and providing estimated run time and equipment selectionAssist with troubleshooting any lathe and mill equipment and coordinating outside maintenance as neededAssist with material oversight, inventory and scrapResponsibility for ensuring material is cut and provided timelyProvide status update on job orders as requestedEnsure secondary work is completed timelyMaintain tool cribEnsuring all operators have correct job order prioritiesReviewing new engineering releases and providing estimated run time and equipment selectionCommunicating with Manufacturing Manager on resource and tooling needsTroubleshooting all equipmentShared responsibility for ensuring material is cut and provided timely to weldAssist in distribution of Quality Checked Parts to Weld TeamProvide status on customer job orders as requestedReview QC Table for internal rework dailyWho we're looking for?High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of experience or completion of a 1 or 2-year Tool Technology or related program.Minimum 2 years of experience leading teamsFamiliarity with CNC set up, programming and running VMC machines, scales, calipers, micrometers and other tools used to check parts against drawings.Familiarity with manual machining operations including mills, lathes and saws.Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprint drawings.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.Ability to stay organized and ensure that the work area is clean, safe and orderly.Ability to follow oral and written instructions and well as be punctual and dependable.Ability to work overtime when needed.Ability to perform basic math (standard and metric) including working with and converting between fractions, and decimals.All other duties as assignedWhat's in it for you?There's no monopoly on good ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
