SunGlo is a full service Restoration Company servicing Southeastern Michigan.Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401K PlanPTO and Sick DaysOn-Site Gym AccessCheck in with Lead Technician for assigned job sites for the dayGather supplies including boxing and packing materials, tablets and bar codes per specifications of the jobTravel to jobsite using personal vehicle or work vanPerform walk through at job site documenting areas of concernTake photos, inventory and perform pack out of damaged itemsEvaluate, document and clean damaged items as necessaryInventory property and stage boxes for transportPrepare items for shipment or storage utilizing packing material and barcodes for inventoryLoad boxes and damaged items into vehicles for transport to warehouseUnload boxes and damaged items upon arrival at warehousePerform cleaning functions including operating the fire lineTest functionality of appliances and ensure operational upon completion of jobWrap, dry and deodorize specified itemsRepack boxes upon completion of cleaning and restoration for transport back to the job xaygatp siteAt completed job site stage boxes by room for replacement of itemsAssist in cleaning during and after constructionPerform cleaning duties inside corporate office, warehouse and at jobsite including cleaning walls, windows, light fixtures, doors, open wall cavities, and other areas/items as assignedOther duties as assignedIndustryConstructionEmployment TypeFull-time
