Research Associate / Senior Research Associate / Associate Scientist (cell biology / biochemistry)

At ReAx Biotechnologies, we are on a mission to tackle so-called "undruggable" protein targets with small molecules, directly in cells. Our innovative platform integrates probe discovery and next-generation chemoproteomics to interrogate any protein target. We are looking for a driven, passionate scientist eager to expand our platform and drug discovery efforts. If you have a strong background in cell-based and in vitro assays and love learning and optimizing new techniques, this is your chance to shine. In this role, you'll lead the establishment, validation, automation, and execution of assays that characterize novel compounds for oncology and other indications. Beyond building a portfolio of cutting-edge drug candidates, you'll play a key role in shaping company culture and enjoying the dynamic "start-up" experience within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.ResponsibilitiesExecute in vitro and cell-based assays across multiple campaigns and modalities.Perform chemical biology and chemoproteomics sample prep for gel-based and mass spectrometry proteomics analyses.Maintain detailed ELN of all activities, manage data flows, and upload to databases such as CDD Vault with appropriate data QC.Effectively compile and present data to project teams in both written and oral format.Critically analyze experimental data and generate reports and presentations.Collaborate with team members on patent applications, progress reports, and publications.QualificationsBS/MS in biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, or related field with a minimum of three years of research experience.
