The foundations of Scrum are there, but the team needs someone to bring consistency, direction, and measurable improvement to how they operate day-to-day.Your Role as a Senior Scrum Master:You will act as the driving force behind Agile maturity within the team. This isn’t a passive facilitation role - you’ll take ownership of how work is structured, how deliverables are defined, and how the team collaborates.You’ll move the team from “going through the motions” to operating with clarity, accountability, and efficiency. You’ll embed best practices, improve planning, and ensure outputs are actionable and aligned.What You’ll Do: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Bring structure, discipline, and consistency to Agile practices and team workflows Drive clarity and actionability of deliverables through better planning and refinement Support planning through stakeholder alignment and targeted 1:1 discussions Identify and remove blockers to unlock team productivity and flow Lead change management initiatives, including adoption of new tools and ways of working Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, ownership, and self-organisation Use metrics to track performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement Enable seamless collaboration across time zones in a distributed team environment Facilitate workshops and sessions to improve team dynamics and ways of working Continuously improve processes across both technical and service-oriented deliveryWhat You Bring: 5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile leader in complex environments Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC Previous technical or development background preferred Experience improving team effectiveness, structure, and delivery outcomes Proven ability to operate in distributed, international teams Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across stakeholders Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled Agile approachesWhy Join the Remobi community: Fully remote, b2b/freelance contracts Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact transformation programmes Access to a network of experienced data, AI, and engineering professionals across Europe👉 Apply today: If you’re the kind of Scrum Master who challenges the status quo and builds high-performing teams, this is where you can make that impact!
