Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.About the Team:FIS Private Capital Suite (formerly Investran), our award-winning private equity fund accounting software and reporting solution, unifies fragmented data, automates complex processes, and supports smarter accounting while reducing costs, errors and pressure on your team.What You Will Be DoingManage consulting practice to ensure engagements meet customer needs, business requirements, and future business growth objectives.Support overall FIS objectives and revenue and profitability goals.Define and execute consulting strategy, including team structure, service offerings, and market-aligned solutions.Oversee consulting engagements to ensure high client satisfaction, loyalty, and delivery excellence.Manage practice financials, including forecasting, profit and loss, and performance reporting to senior leadership.Partner with sales, product, and relationship teams to support the full sales cycle and close consulting opportunities.Optimize resource utilization across billable work, sales support and thought leadership initiatives.Attract, develop, and retain consulting talent while ensuring flexible staffing for changing demand.Build and maintain strong client and executive relationships to drive referrals and long-term growth.Collaborate with peers across consulting practices to align resources to enterprise priorities.What You BringBachelor's degree in business, law, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Typically, at least 10 years' experience with system upgrades, software implementations, private equity, and/or consulting delivery.Proven consulting leadership and practice management experience.Strong financial, operational, and project management skills.Ability to advise and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders.Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of financial services operations, regulatory environments, and risk management.Adaptability, ethical judgment, and commitment to continuous improvement.Willingness to travel at least 10%.Relevant certifications or demonstrated expertise preferred.What We Offer YouA career at FIS is more than just a job. The pay range for this full-time position is $0.00 - $999,999,999.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
