Warehouse Lead Golden State Foods – Conyers, GA | Full-Time | 3rd Shift (11:00 PM- 7:00 AM) | Pay $26.19About The Role We're looking for a Warehouse Lead to guide production associates, oversee equipment start-up/shut-down, support troubleshooting, and ensure safe, efficient production operations.What You'll Do Lead production associates and ensure proper machine operationSupport troubleshooting with operators and maintenanceEnsure machinery is clean, operational, and safeCoordinate production schedule with supervisorsMaintain pallet tracking and production inventory through PRISM systemAssist with training new associatesPerform CIP/COP processes on production equipmentComplete and review production paperworkWhat You'll Need High school diploma or GEDKnowledge of production roles and operational proceduresAbility to lift 5–100 lbs as requiredAbility to stand/walk 7+ hoursStrong communication and problem-solving skillsThe Schedule & Setting Full-time in a warehouse/production environment. Wet, humid, high-noise, hot/cold environments.
