BCBA Clinical Director (Founding) – Part-Time (10–20 hrs/week)
About the Role
We’re launching an ABA program in West Los Angeles and need a Founding BCBA Clinical Director on a part-time basis (10–20 hours/week to start). This role focuses on clinical oversight, supervision, and building the clinical roadmap and systems early. As the caseload grows, hours and scope can expand, with an option to transition into full-time leadership.
Employment Type: Part-Time (W-2 or 1099, flexible)
What You’ll Do
Provide clinical oversight: assessments, treatment plans, caregiver training, progress monitoring
Supervise RBTs and maintain a consistent supervision model aligned with BACB requirements
Create/standardize templates and workflows (intake, assessments, progress reports, re-auth cadence)
Support hiring/onboarding and competency development for early clinical staff
Maintain compliance-ready records and ethical, high-quality clinical care
Collaborate with admin/billing to support timelines for authorizations/re-authorizations
Schedule & Work Model
10–20 hours/week to start
Hybrid: remote work for documentation/templates/meetings + in-person supervision/visits as needed
Local travel generally up to 40 miles (goal: West LA concentration)

Requirements
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Experience with payor documentation expectations (progress summaries, re-auth support)
Strong clinical judgment and supervision experience
Strong documentation habits and comfort building systems
Reliable transportation
Nice to Have
Familiarity with CentralReach (nice to have, not required)

Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour
