The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This position offers relocation assistance for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project specifications are met.Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring all deadlines are adhered to.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to provide updates and address concerns.Implement best practices in project management to optimize workflow and increase efficiency.Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process in a timely manner.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Construction Manager, preferably in the data center, mission critical or other large-scale projectsStrong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and regulations.Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Benefits$100,000 - $150,000 base salary + bonus
