Applicants for the Head of Retail Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a field related to business or marketing, and at least 10 years of progressive sales and sales leadership experience in the CPG food and beverage sector. The role requires a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, established relationships with major national retailers, and the ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams.
