Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Amazon Delivery Service Partner Dispatch Manager located in Pullman, WA. The Dispatch Manager will oversee daily route planning, ensure timely assignment of drivers, and monitor delivery performance to meet customer satisfaction goals. Responsibilities include maintaining effective communication between drivers and the operations team, troubleshooting and resolving delivery issues, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies. The Dispatch Manager will also support the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of team members to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.QualificationsCustomer Service skills to effectively Amazon Customer concerns and ensure customer satisfactionExperience in a warehouse environment with safety standards is preferredTraining skills to onboard and develop team membersExposure to or experience in the logistics industry is a plusStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and leadership skillsAdaptability to dynamic and fast-paced work environmentsHigh school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or certification is an advantage
