POSITIONYogaSix Greenbrae is seeking a dynamic, results-driven sales professional to join the team as a Sales Manager. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets through strategic community outreach, lead generation, new member sales, and retention. Your primary goal is to achieve sales goals through strategic community partnerships, generating leads, and driving revenue (membership sales, retention, retail, teacher training). He/she must have strong customer service skills, communicate effectively and efficiently, be team-oriented, and have a drive and passion for sales and service.Work Hours: 25-35 hours per weekDUTIESPlan and execute sales processes to generate leads and drive membership salesConfident in generating personal sales and training Wellness Advisors in salesGenerate business-to-business partnerships and connect with the local community to drive awareness, leads, and membership salesAbility to manage and drive all revenue streams: memberships, retail, and teacher trainingHighly organized, proficient in data management, and able to prioritize and meet deadlinesAbility to take initiative, recognize areas of improvement, and make changes using good judgmentMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via emailPlan and execute grassroots marketing, community networking events, and promotions to generate leads for the studio and membership salesParticipate in studio, regional, and company-wide meetings and trainings as neededWork closely with Studio Owners, National Sales Director, and Pre-Sales Consultant to ensure the health and profitability of the studio Proficient with computers and Studio software JOB REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience, who is results-driven with proven experience in achieving sales targetsExperienced in lead generation and driving membership salesPossesses strong interpersonal skillsHighly organized, proficient in data management, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute tasks effectivelyMust be trustworthy and able to handle confidential information. Expected to work harmoniously with colleagues, members, partners, and the general publicAbility to excel in a fast-changing, dynamic environmentSelf-starter and proactive approach to opportunities and problem-solving PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employee must be able to work hours that may exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends, especially during peak activity periods.May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time. May be required to reach with hands and arms. Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car. This job requires the person to climb up and down flights of stairs, as elevators are not present at all locations. May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.Must be able to effectively hear in person and via telephone.
