CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Patient Companion, you will be a vital member of our healthcare team, dedicated to optimizing patient safety and well-being. You will be part of our highly specialized team of patient caregivers, working under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Every day, you will maintain continuous oversight of assigned patients, directly assisting with their personal hygiene, mobility, and requests, while diligently monitoring their physical and emotional condition. To be successful in this role, you must be compassionate and comfortable interacting with patients who might be emotional, panicked, stressed, or in pain.
