Located in Jackson, MI, BlueRide offers riders a space to feel strong and connected both on and off the bike.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role based in Jackson, MI, for a Fitness Instructor specializing in indoor cycling/spin class. The Instructor will lead high-energy, rhythm-based classes, design custom workout experiences, and coach individuals of various fitness levels to meet their goals. Responsibilities include building strong connections with riders, ensuring safety and proper form, creating engaging playlists, and contributing to the sense of community within BlueRide Cycle Studio. Enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for fitness and customer service are essential.QualificationsProven experience in Group Exercise and Fitness InstructionBackground in Spin Class instructing / indoor cycling Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to cultivate meaningful connections with participantsEnthusiasm, energy, and motivational coaching abilities that contribute to class dynamicCertifiedAbility to adapt to diverse fitness levels and provide encouragementExperience leading rhythm-based cycling classes is a bonusPay is $25-$30 per 45 minute class
