Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Come join our team! Simmons Homes has an opening for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. This position provides direct support to the Director of Sales and Marketing through mid-level administrative and creative tasks. As a sales and marketing assistant, your job duties include working on projects focused on optimizing company revenue and customer outreach. Responsibilities Include: Track and process sales contracts Update, order and distribute marketing materials Coordinate MLS listings with listing agent and manage key box assignments Update inventory reports Assist with sales by meeting with potential buyers 2 days per week Setup sales meetings and marketing events Perform other support tasks as needed Qualifications: Strong communication; organizational and time management skills; previous administrative experience; proficient in Excel, Google Docs and Adobe (Canva a plus); Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field helpful, but not required.
