Owners Representative - Electrical

Electrical Owners Representative in Decatur AL Wanted Advantage Point Group is looking to add an Owners Representative with Electrical experience for a position at an industrial plant located in Decatur Alabama to monitor various industrial construction projects. APG Owners Reps oversee construction activities on large chemical manufacturing facilities to ensure that the contractors are completing the work safely and compliant with the contract. The ideal candidate has substantial construction management and construction safety experience, preferably in heavy commercial or industrial environments. Candidate will not be performing the physical labor. NOTE: PLEASE NO RECRUITING OR STAFFING AGENCIES. Required Qualifications12 years previous experience in industrial/heavy commercial constructionDemonstrated ability to manage similar project types, sizes, and complexitiesConstruction experience with demolition and industrial equipment upgrade projectsOSHA 30-HourExcellent communication skillsProficient computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to deal with political aspects of a large corporate environmentA typical work week is 45 hours per week, occasionally working nights and weekends.
