The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence in a skilled rehabilitation setting. This role involves working closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient recovery, rehabilitation goals, and overall functional outcomes. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients to determine physical therapy needs and functional limitations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training Monitor and adjust patient progress throughout treatment plans Document patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff Educate patients and families on recovery and home exercise programs Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Requirements Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Washington or compact/eligible license Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent) Current CPR/BLS certification (if required by facility standards) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred in rehab, skilled nursing, or acute care settings Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic exercise Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Strong communication and patient education skills
