We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to lead multi-state payroll and support benefits + HR operations.What You’ll Do:Manage bi-weekly/off-cycle payroll (multi-entity, exempt/non-exempt, commissions)Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax filings, and reportingReconcile payroll/benefits and support GL entries + auditsAdminister benefits (401(k), medical, etc.) and assist with employee inquiriesSupport HRIS (ADP Workforce), onboarding/offboarding, and leave managementWhat You Bring:3–5+ years of multi-state payroll + benefits experienceADP Workforce Now expertiseStrong knowledge of payroll compliance and regulationsAdvanced Excel skills and high attention to detailWhy This Role:High-visibility, cross-functional role (HR + Finance)Opportunity to drive process improvementsStrong team culture + competitive compInterested?
