Job DescriptionWarehouse Associate with Forklift Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Warehouse Associate with Forklift for an HVAC wholesale distributor based in Knoxville, TN. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience in warehouse shipping and distribution. This is an excellent full-time temporary to hire opportunity. Pay Rate $21.00 per hourSchedule and Hours 7:30am-4:00pm Monday- FridayWarehouse Associate with Forklift Duties and Responsibilities- Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return -Loading and unloading delivery vehicles -Keeping an inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse -Upholds Environmental Health and Safety standards -Scanning products to ensure products are shipped to the right destination -Works closely with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for delivery of products -Provides excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors; dealers, owners) Warehouse Associate with Forklift Qualifications and Requirements -High School diploma or equivalent -PC skills and inventory and shipping/receiving systems experience -Current Forklift certification -Proven experience in warehouse operations -Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (Teambuilding) skills-Lift 50lbs (in office assessment will be conducted) Benefits • Weekly Pay • Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance • 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours • 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 401(k) Retirement Plan Automation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401K matching to all eligible contingent and temporary associates.
