This role focuses on order processing, product support, and professional communication in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn our products and systems.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer SupportGreet walk-in customers and handle incoming calls and emailsAssist with pricing, product questions, order status, and returnsProvide product information (after training) or connect customers with the right team memberOrder Processing & Sales SupportAccurately enter orders, quotes, and returnsVerify product availability, pricing, and lead timesWork closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillmentPull and package customer ordersAdministrative & InventoryMaintain accurate customer recordsKeep counter and showroom clean and organizedParticipate in physical inventory countsAttend training sessions or trade shows as neededRequirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)1-3 years of customer service experience (HVAC/wholesale preferred)Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems)Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilityPositive attitude and team-player mindsetAbility to lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance when neededHVAC or parts knowledge a plusExperience with Epicor, NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
