Inside Sales Coordinator

Xpres LLC is a drinkware company based in Winston Salem, NC, specializing in custom drinkware for the souvenir and promotional products industry. Primary Function: Responsible for handling administrative and sales tasks for non-key account customers in pursuit of achieving the overall company sales revenue goal. NC but may be able to be a remote role for the right candidate with proven effectiveness in a previous remote position. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily inquiries that come into Xpres via the Sales@xpres.com in box. Handle quotes, product questions and virtual requests received from non- key account customers. Assist with inquiries from multiline reps regarding customers in their territories. Assist with customer follow ups after events. Step in to assist key account sales team while they are out of the office. Attend trade shows upon request. Attend the annual sales meeting in Winston Salem, NC. · And any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization’s Values Qualifications & Skills: 2–5 years in promotional products (sales support, or CS experience ideal). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in CRM, order management tools, Microsoft Office, and industry resources. Excellent communication and collaborative mindset. Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a support role. Associate's or bachelor's preferred; promo industry knowledge essential.
