UAS / SIGINT Instructor (Short-Term International Deployment)

Our strength is our people, and we value both competence and character in those who support our mission.UAS / SIGINT Instructor (Short-Term International Deployment)OSS is seeking an experienced UAS / SIGINT Subject Matter Expert to support a short-term international Train-the-Trainer (T3) program focused on Group 2 VTOL UAS operations and field certification.This project-based engagement supports the development and delivery of instructor-level training for military personnel in an international environment and helps establish long-term national training capability.Total commitment is approximately 4 to 8 weeks, including curriculum preparation and in-country instruction.ResponsibilitiesSupport curriculum refinement and development of instructional materialsDeliver classroom and hands-on trainingProvide system operation and troubleshooting instructionLead scenario-based mission exercisesEvaluate instructor candidates through performance-based certificationParticipate in instructor certification boardsAssist with field validation and operational advisingSupport After Action ReviewsRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience in UAS, ISR, or SIGINT operationsExperience instructing technical systems or tactical operationsStrong mission planning and troubleshooting skillsStrong verbal communication and instructional abilityExperience operating in expeditionary or international environmentsAbility to travel internationally for 4 to 8 weeksPrior military, SOF, intelligence, or cleared contractor experience is strongly preferred.Desired QualificationsTrain-the-Trainer experienceFamiliarity with VTOL UAS platformsExperience with performance-based certification methodsBackground in adult learning or instructional designExperience supporting foreign military training programsProfessional CompetenciesProfessional presence and sound judgmentAbility to explain complex technical concepts clearlyStrong risk awareness and decision-making abilityAbility to operate effectively in dynamic environmentsHigh ethical standards and discretionCompensation and TravelThis is a short-term professional services engagement.Competitive hourly rate based on experienceInternational travel expenses coveredLodging and per diem providedEngagement StructureApproximately 2 to 4 weeks of remote curriculum and system familiarizationApproximately 1 week TDY to a training facilityApproximately 4 to 8 weeks of in-country instructionDefined scope with clear start and end datesEqual Employment OpportunityOffset Strategic Services, Inc.
