No two projects the same.ResponsibilitiesLead mechanical design projects through the full project lifecycleMentor and support junior engineering staffCoordinate with clients, project managers, and other disciplinesAssist with QA/QC and ensure compliance with current industry standardsStay current with codes, standards, and best practices in MEP designWhat You'll NeedBS in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplinePE license preferred; EIT considered for strong candidatesProficiency in Revit, AutoCad, Microsoft Word and ExcelSolid MEP design experience with a collaborative, team-first approachCuriosity, good judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities
