For immediate consideration, please apply online first, then contact our recruiting team at (937) 224-0600Responsibilities+ Oversee daily logistics, transportation, shipping, receiving, and distribution activities.+ Manage inventory flow to ensure materials and finished goods are available to meet operational demands.+ Coordinate with vendors, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to maintain efficient supply chain performance.+ Monitor shipping schedules and resolve delays, shortages, or transportation issues.+ Analyze logistics data to identify trends, reduce costs, and improve service levels.+ Develop and maintain logistics procedures that support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.+ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transportation requirements.+ Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and strengthen supply chain performance.+ Prepare reports on logistics metrics, inventory movement, and delivery performance.+ Support cross-functional communication to align logistics operations with production and customer needs.Requirements+ Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or distribution management.+ Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and vendor coordination.+ Experience with ERP systems, warehouse management systems, or transportation software.+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.+ Ability to lead operations in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.+ Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
