Job Details: Full Time or Part-Time Shift Options: 2p-630pm/2p-10pm/6p-630a Weekend/Holiday Rotation Flexible schedule Qualifications: Registered Nurse Pass a drug screen/physical/background check Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program, college or university A current, unencumbered, active OHIO RN License Current CPR certification Full Job Description: The RN displays a sense of caring, concern and dignity for our residents and is responsible for: Providing nursing services to residents, while promoting the highest level of well-being, as directed by management Directs the day-to-day functions of STNAs in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern long-term care Prepares and administers medications as ordered by the physician Focuses on providing high quality service Maintains confidentiality of residents and prospective residents' information Attends all required training, in-services, and staff meetings Demonstrates excellent literacy and writing, documentation, and communication Makes prompt and accurate judgments with regard to elder care and emergencies Maplecrest Offers: Health insurance after 60 days-full time employees only 401K with up to a 4% match Paid vacation time and personal time Our Mission: Maplecrest skilled nursing and rehabilitation will provide the highest quality of personal care and deliver that care with the utmost compassion and respect while encouraging the independence of our residents!
