You will work with Product Line Management, Hardware Engineering, and ODMs to take best advantage of continually improving processors and Wi-Fi radios available from major chip vendors.You will hire and train a team of software developers in Sunnyvale, CA and Portland, OR. Acting as a hands-on software development manager, you will split your time leading a team, participating in building new devices, writing C/C++ code, and debugging hard system problems. You will be part of a cross-functional team that maintains close relationships with external chip vendors, and you will help determine our future product roadmap. Working with Hardware and Firmware engineering teams, you will build a stream of high-performance Wi-Fi access points, Wi-Fi enabled branch routers, and switches using the latest available, ever improving technology.
