This role oversees a team of 7 employees and ensures the office runssmoothly, professionally, and with a strong focus on customer service and production goals.Key Responsibilities• Manage daily office operations and ensure a professional, clientready environment• Lead, coach, and support a team of 7 employees• Conduct daily huddles, weekly meetings, and 1:1 performance checkins• Oversee scheduling, PTO, workload distribution, and accountability• Meet with customers in person to review coverage, explain policies, and present multiline and lifeinsurance solutions• Support sales, retention, and crossselling initiatives• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and clarity• Ensure compliance with agency procedures and carrier guidelines• Maintain accurate documentation and secure handling of sensitive information• Train team members on systems, processes, and insurance best practicesRequired Qualifications• Property & Casualty license• Life and Health license• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the insurance industry• Experience with multiline insurance (auto, home, renters, umbrella, life, health)• Strong understanding of underwriting, quoting, and carrier processes• Proven experience managing or leading a team• Bilingual: English and Spanish (fluent)• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field• Strong computer skills (CRM/AMS systems, carrier portals, spreadsheets)Work Environment• • • • Fast paced, collaborative, and goal oriented environmentIdeal Candidate Traits• Driven, proactive, and solutions oriented• Strong leadership and accountability skills• Excellent communicator and relationship builder• Professional, organized, and detail oriented• Confident presenting life insurance and multiline products• Calm under pressure and skilled at resolving conflicts• Committed to team development and agency growthBase salary from $70K- $90K depending on experience plus annual bonus based on results
