Insurance Defense Associate Attorney

A growing and collaborative law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation / Insurance Defense Associate Attorney to join its team. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for working directly with the business to ensure that all legal matters are handled in a professional and efficient manner. The Associate Attorney will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, assessing legal needs, review of company policies and procedures, and business and legal policies.Associate Attorney Requirements:Accredited Law degreeMinimum of 3 -5 years of experience in a law firm or legal practiceExperience handling general liability, professional liability, construction, complex commercial litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice.Strong legal knowledgeStrong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate with others.Strong client service orientationAbility to prioritize work.Proficiency in MS OfficeExceptional decision-making abilitiesStrong project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work under pressure.CSDAL65
