Fashion Sales Assistant

Our client, a clothing designer in New York City is seeking a Sales Assistant to serve as the right hand to the VP of Sales. Key Responsibilities:Assist in all aspects of the sales process, including sales orders, buy sheets, selling reports/recaps, inventory. Engage in buyer interactions and follow up with buying teams.Prepare e-commerce copy for websites, highlighting product features and benefits.Maintain extreme attention to detail and exceptional follow up skillsMulti-task effectively in a fast-paced environmentHelp to maintain the showroom and assist with market appointments with the buyers.Qualifications:Minimum of 1-3 years of experience, specifically in a fashion sales support role. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must requirement for this role.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.Preferred: 1 year in merchandising and 1 year in sales
