GD Resources LLC is hiring an Interior DesignerLocation:Department of Veterans AffairsLong Beach VA Healthcare System (LBVAHCS)5901 E. 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90822Purpose:The Interior Designer supports the Planning Section and is responsible for independently executing interior design, space planning, and project activation tasks for healthcare environments.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement design solutions for healthcare spacesPrepare AutoCAD drawings, FF&E plans, and presentationsReview plans for compliance with VA standards (TIL, ABAAS, NFPA, OSHA)Develop procurement packages (SOW, IGCE, specs, budgets)Coordinate installation, delivery, and activationMaintain documentation and oversee punch list completionCoordinate with stakeholders across departmentsQualifications:Healthcare design experience preferredProficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and coordination skillsKEY PERSONNEL / SPECIALIZED STANDARDS (SP3):(Provide a copy of degree, resume, and/or qualification statement)Bachelor's Degree OR8-10 years of professional interior design experience
