POSITION: Premium Experience HostDEPARTMENT: Sales and MarketingREPORTS TO: Premium Sales CoordinatorFLSA STATUS: Part-TimeSummaryThe Premium Experience Host will provide client services, hospitality, and support for premium events held at Altria Theater and Dominion Energy Center venues. The Premium Experience Host has day-of oversight and supervisory responsibility for premium events, coordinating with food and beverage staff and related personnel to assure all event needs are fulfilled. The host will also provide professional client services, hospitality, and support to premium level guests.Essential Functions:o Coordinates with the Premium Sales Coordinator for scheduling, guest list management and review, and special event activations during premium eventso Prepares premium event spaces and supplies ahead of guest arrivalo Liaises with event staff working within the premium spaces, including security, maintenance, ushers and house management, and food & beverage staff to share policies and procedures for the spaces and guest hospitality effortso Acts as room host to welcome premium level guests, assisting with guest questions or needs, escorting guests to their seats, and building and maintaining relationships with guestso Manages overall room experience during premium events, maintaining a fun, friendly, and elevated environmento Monitors food displays alongside banquet managers, refreshing and tidying as neededo Proactively manage guest complaints, disturbances, or difficulties, relaying to appropriate staff as neededo Prepare host on duty reports following the end of premium events and disperses to appropriate staff for reviewo Stay abreast of premium experience offerings to pitch, sell, and collect payment from guests for future upgrades when appropriateo Assist with side-work and other opening/closing procedures as neededRequired Qualifications:o Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidayso Must maintain appearance and dress according to established guidelineso Must possess very strong interpersonal relationship and skillso Must possess pleasant personality with an enthusiastic and professional attitudeo Sales or hospitality experience is preferredo Minimum 21 years of ageo Attention to detail and service orientedLegends is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer, and encourages Women, Minorities, Individuals with Disabilities and protected Veterans to apply.
