Manager, Goodyear Credit Card Programs
As Manager of Goodyear Credit Card Programs, you will drive strategy and execution to grow adoption and engagement in the GYCC Program. Partnering cross-functionally and with our financial provider, you’ll deliver marketing campaigns, boost dealer participation, and optimize program performance. This high-impact role combines strategic leadership, data-driven insights, and operational excellence to deliver measurable business results.
What You ’ll Do:
Lead day-to-day management of the Goodyear Credit Card (GYCC) Program, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to execute and measure marketing campaigns.
Serve as primary point of contact across Goodyear teams to ensure timely communication, approvals, and alignment for GYCC offers.
Oversee creative development and campaign execution, from briefs and approvals to production, inventory, and deployment.
Analyze program performance and consumer data to generate insights that inform future GYCC strategies.
Drive adoption and usage of GYCC among dealers and customers, exploring opportunities to expand acceptance and increase transaction volume.
Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives, leveraging analytics to segment customers and optimize engagement.
Build and maintain strategic partnership with GYCC provider, leading joint business planning, program funding, and co-marketing initiatives.
Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to inform credit card offerings and adapt program strategies accordingly.
What We ’re Looking For :
Bachelors degree.
7 or more years of experience in sales, marketing, project management or related area.
Deep understanding of the full-range of shopper vehicles (i.e., point-of-sale, premiums, sweepstakes, sales materials, direct mail, couponing, etc.) and the strategic application of them.
Agency management and/or vendor management experience.

Up to date knowledge of industry, shopper, and consumer trends to inform innovative strategies.
