Housekeeper We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas. Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens. Conduct thorough floor care including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service in the hospitality industry.
