About the RoleKey Management Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Cementing Unit Hand to support field operations on our cementing unit. Operations are based out of the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, but candidates from any location are welcome to apply.The Cementing Unit Hand works under the direct supervision of the Cementing Unit Operator, assisting with equipment setup, teardown, monitoring, and all aspects of cementing operations. This is a hands-on role designed for individuals looking to develop their skills and advance into an Operator position over time.This position requires significant travel, including extended assignments lasting several weeks or more in states across the region. Weekend work is required as dictated by operational needs. Company-provided housing and per diem are furnished during all travel assignments.Compensation• Base Compensation: $28.00/hr• Pay Schedule: Semi-monthly on the 1st and 15th• Bonus Structure: Eligible for performance-based bonuses tied to company performance and project milestonesAdditional Compensation & Support:• Company-provided housing during travel assignments• Per diem for meals on days worked during travel (Monday–Friday)• Company-provided vehicle for work-related travelCompany DescriptionKey Management Services is an energy services company providing specialized cementing and well services to operators across the mid-continent region.ResponsibilitiesField Support & Equipment Handling• Assist the Cementing Unit Operator with rig-up, operation, and rig-down of cementing equipment• Handle hoses, iron, manifolds, and connections under direction of the Operator• Ensure all equipment is handled safely, maintained properly, and stored correctly• Assist with cement mixing, bulk loading, and slurry preparation• Clean and maintain equipment between jobsOperational Support• Monitor gauges, lines, and connections during cementing operations and report status to the Operator• Assist with pre-job equipment inspections and post-job teardown• Support the Operator with on-location logistics and coordination• Learn cementing operations with the goal of advancing to OperatorSafety & Compliance• Participate in daily safety briefings and follow all PPE and hazard-awareness requirements• Identify and report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or workflow deviations• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements• Maintain accurate field logs and documentation as directedCommunication & Coordination• Work under direct supervision of the Cementing Unit Operator• Communicate field progress, challenges, and site conditions clearly and promptly• Coordinate with the Operator to ensure efficient movement between sites and smooth job executionQualificationsRequired• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in oilfield operations, construction, industrial services, or similar hands-on work• Ability to follow structured procedures and take direction from the Operator• Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn cementing equipment and operations• Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including extended out-of-state assignments lasting several weeks or more• Valid driver's license• High school diploma or equivalent• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on uneven terrain in varying conditionsPreferred• Prior experience working on cementing, pumping, or well service crews• Familiarity with oilfield equipment (iron, hoses, manifolds, pumps)• Current H2S and SafeLand certifications• CDL (Class A or B)• Experience in the mid-continent region (Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas Panhandle)• Desire to develop into a Cementing Unit Operator roleWork Environment• Outdoor field work around active oil & gas equipment• Exposure to weather, uneven terrain, and physical tasks• Extended workdays and weekend work as dictated by operational needs• Significant travel required, including extended out-of-state assignments lasting several weeks or more• Company-provided housing and vehicle provided during all travel assignmentsBenefits• Performance-based bonuses• Company-provided truck• Company-provided housing during travel• Per diem for meals on workdays during travel (Monday–Friday)• On-the-job training and professional development• Clear advancement path into Cementing Unit Operator roleEqual Opportunity StatementKey Management Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
