Corporate Receptionist

Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Corporate Receptionist to meet the needs of callers and visitors in an expedient and professional manner. The Receptionist provides the first point of contact in the branch and is an integral part of keeping both the internal and external communication and organization of the branch in high priority.Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of call and forward to appropriate individual or departmentWelcome all visitors / employees and maintain check-in sheetObtains necessary information on new markets, divisions, and personnel, in order to appropriately handle all incoming calls and walk-ins concerning Ziegler operationsMaintains phone listings, organized company product and services information for various divisions and marketsPerforms clerical tasks related to managing the reception unitFiles, types, enters data, maintains records, and uses and complete formers related to the reception operationOrdering and stocking general office supplies for the buildingCoordinates and directs work schedules of the reception operation and ensures back-up staff is appropriately utilized and trainedQualifications :High School Degree/GED required, Associate's degree preferred2-5 years of related experience preferredStrong customer service skills requiredCisco Phone Systems knowledge preferredPersonal Attributes: Commitment / Dependability, Customer Focus, Consideration for others / Empathy, Self-Confidence, SociabilityMinimum Physical Requirements:Hearing and talking.Working Conditions will be indoor.This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location.
