We are rated a Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune (past 11 years) and Employee Recommended award by the Globe & Mail (past 6 years)Competitive pay and discretionary or incentive bonus eligibleComprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life, a 401k plan with a generous company match and tuition reimbursement to name a fewFamily-friendly work hoursWith 200+ community bank locations, we offer opportunities to grow and develop in your careerPromote from within culturePosition Overview:As a Trust Operations Administrator, you would be responsible for special projects and daily tasks related to trust operations functions by providing operational support to the Trust Administration and Investments Departments and their clients.What you'll do:Ensure transactions are balanced and documented according to policies and proceduresOversee the input and maintenance of data in accounting systems and report generationCoordinates the processing of dividends and disbursementsEnsures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgetsExtensive knowledge of the function and department processesDaily processing of transactions associated with client accounts including, but not limited to wires, ACH, security transactions, income transactions, fee processing, and cash sweepAccount closings - coordinate delivery of assetsMutual Funds - coordinate incoming and outgoing transfersUpdate cost and Date of Death valuesSet up users for online accessRetirement Distribution processingVerify and collect trust fees and court fees.
