Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Manufacturing Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment to support full-cycle recruiting efforts. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across manufacturing operations, including production, maintenance, engineering, and skilled trades roles.The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing high-volume requisitions while delivering a strong candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitingManage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptancePartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirementsDevelop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talentSourcing & Talent Pipeline DevelopmentSource candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networkingBuild pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill manufacturing rolesProactively identify and engage passive candidatesScreening & InterviewingConduct phone screens and initial candidate assessmentsCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managersEvaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fitStakeholder CollaborationPartner closely with operations leaders and HR to align hiring prioritiesProvide regular updates on recruiting progress, challenges, and market insightsCandidate ExperienceEnsure a positive and professional experience for all candidatesCommunicate effectively and in a timely manner throughout the hiring processRecruitment AdministrationMaintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding coordinationEnsure compliance with company policies and employment regulationsQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred1–3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing or high-volume recruiting preferred)Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Brookfield, WI.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.RequirementsEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
