Warehouse Inventory SpecialistResponsible for maintaining warehouse inventory, receiving functions, and cycle counting process, to ensure that all inventory is correctly processed, located, and monitored.Position Responsibilities:Monitoring and maintaining all order processing functionsMonitoring and maintaining all order audit functionsMonitoring and maintaining all shipping functionsMonitoring and maintaining orders with pending issuesSchedule and supervise work force to meet daily operational demandsProcess improvement of all activitiesResearching and reconciling order discrepanciesMaintaining records for auditing processSupervision and training of employeesApply interpersonal and communication skills to motivate the staffAnnual performance reviewsOrdering and maintaining necessary suppliesSpecific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suiteGood working knowledge of Oracle ERP systemGood working knowledge of Filemaker DatabasePosition Qualifications:Education:High School graduate or equivalent requiredExperience:3+ years of lead or supervisory work experience in a warehouse or inventory environment2+ years of domestic and international shipping via UPS, FedEx, ONTRAC, and truck freightWork Environment and Physical Requirements:Manufacturing EnvironmentLift up to 75 lbs. regularlyRequires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of timeVision abilities required to validate and enter data on computerDisclaimer: This list does not represent all physical demands.
