A company is looking for a Principal Autonomy Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, integrate, test, and demonstrate advanced algorithms and software systems for autonomous platforms
Provide technical leadership and mentoring throughout the software and system development lifecycle
Develop software tools and applications for mission planning systems and automated enterprise control processes
Required Qualifications
BS in Computer Science or related technical field with 10+ years' experience
Proven ability to develop, implement, integrate, and test autonomy algorithms and software for uncrewed systems
8+ years of in-depth OOP experience with Java and/or C++
Experience with micro-service architectures, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools
Demonstrated ability to adopt new languages, libraries, and technologies
