Job Description Location: Hebron, KYEmployment Type: 2nd Shift, Full-time, temp-to-hireJob BriefKable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Pick/Pack for our client. This job involves picking and packing customer orders accurately, inspecting products for quality, and ensuring items are properly labeled and routed for shipment. Responsibilities include using warehouse management systems, performing cycle counts, and maintaining safety and quality standards while supporting smooth warehouse operations.What's a Typical Day Like?Picking & packing of customer ordersInspection of product to look for damages and ensure proper qualityCounting of product based on customer order quantitiesUse of RFT & WMS system to process ordersPerform cycle counts as assignedTracks / reports internal errors as required by leadershipSort product packed to ensure it is routed for correct shipping methodPerform Value Added Services (VAS) to ensure product is labeled per customer requirementsUse of Time Management System (Kronos) to track work performed and area assignedUnderstanding of basic product knowledge such as insert, tool holder, drills, screws, etc.Follow all required company policies, warehouse, safety, environmental & ISO proceduresWillingness and ability to move to areas assigned by supervisor/team lead based on business needsPerform other tasks as assigned by manager/supervisorWhat Are the Requirements of the Job?Must be at least 18 years of ageHS DiplomaMust be a team player and able to work well with others.Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time, up to 10 hours per day.Ability to lift to 75 lbs. on a continuous basis for 100% of working hours.Ability to frequently lift cartons above (up to 8 feet overhead) or below shoulder level.Collaborate/TeamworkCreativity & FlexibilityInitiativeAccuracyMotivationIndependencyReliability & AccountabilityAbility to walk, stand, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel, and stoop on a repetitive basis.Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity to include grasping and holdingWhy Choose Kable Workforce Solutions?Weekly PayExclusive Access Opportunities to V.I.P.
