Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager at our location in the Seguin , Texas. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff management, implementing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory, upholding company standards, ensuring loss prevention compliance, and providing training and development opportunities for the store team. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build lasting relationships with clients and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.Experience in Store Management, including team leadership, staff development, and achieving sales growth through operational excellence.Proficiency in Retail Loss Prevention strategies and practices for maintaining inventory accuracy and reducing shrinkage.Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively manage team members, customers, and operations.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Prior experience in retail management or a related field is highly preferred.Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in business or retail management are a plus.
